This website (plans-b.lv) is run by the band Plāns B (Liepāja, Latvia). We respect your privacy and collect as little data as possible. For privacy questions, email us at info@plans-b.lv.

What data we collect

The only way we collect personal data is the booking form. When you submit it, we receive:

• Name (required)
• Phone (required)
• Venue / location (required)
• Date (required)
• Email (optional)
• Event details (optional)

We use no analytics tools and do not track your browsing.

Why and on what basis

We use this data only to respond to your booking request and to discuss a possible performance. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before a possible contract.

How the data is handled

The form data is sent as an email to our inbox info@plans-b.lv. It is not stored in a separate database, not sold, and not used for marketing.

Third parties

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and delivery.
• Google (Google Workspace) — receiving email at info@plans-b.lv.
• YouTube (Google) — the embedded video loads in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

Cookies

The site itself uses no tracking or analytics cookies. We store a single technical entry in your browser only to remember that you accepted the cookie notice. The embedded YouTube video may set cookies at the moment you play it.

Data retention

We keep booking-request emails only as long as needed to handle your request and discuss the event.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to its processing. To do so, email info@plans-b.lv. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
